1. 주문 결제 안내 

  - 해외배송 주문방법 

   ✔ 주문서 작성 단계에서 해외배송 선택 후 수령하실 현지 주소지를 기재해주세요. 

  ✔ 주문메세지란에 연락 가능한 해외연락처를 기재해주세요. 

    (해외 현지 연락처가 확인되지 않을 경우, EMS 접수 및 발송이 불가합니다.)

    - 국내 결제수단(국내카드, 무통장입금 등) 이용이 어려우신 경우는 해외결제 페이팔 결제가 가능하십니다.

  - 주문시 해외주소 및 연락처가 부정확할 경우 , 현지에서 배송이 지연되거나 반송될 수 있습니다.

  - 해외배송은 부분배송이 불가능하며, 모든 상품이 입고된 이후 발송 처리됩니다.

  - 결제 당일의 환율에 따라 결제금액이 책정 됩니다.

  - 주문서가 다른 상품들의 묶음 배송이 되지 않습니다.

  - 해당국가의 세관 규정에 따라 관세가 발생 할 수가 있으며 관부가세는 고객님 부담  입니다.

  - 발송이후 이메일로 운송장 번호 등 주문정보를 보내드립니다.

  - 국가별로 배송 기간과 배송비가 다르며 우체국 EMS 홈페이지에서 확인 가능합니다.

3. 취소 및 교환/반품 시 안내

  - 주문 상품중 품절 상품이 있을 경우 이메일을 통해 안내 드립니다.

  - 품절안내 이후 회신이 1개월 이상 지연 될 경우 자동으로 취소 처리되며 

    예치금으로 환불 진행이 되니 참고 부탁드립니다.

  - 상품 발송 후 최소는 불가능합니다. 

  - 변심으로 인한 교환 / 반품 시 발생하는 모든 비용은 구매자 부담으로 진행 됩니다.

  - 교환 / 반품은 반드시 고객센터를 통해서만 접수 가능합니다.

    (임의로 도착시 처리가 되지 않는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.) 

  - 페이팔 환불 시 최대 7 영업일 정도 소요 될 수 있습니다.

- Overseas Delivery Order Method

✔ Please select overseas shipping during the order form process and enter the local address to receive it.

✔ Please fill out the overseas contact information available in the order message section.

(If overseas local contact information is not confirmed, EMS reception and shipment are not possible.)

- If it is difficult to use domestic payment methods (domestic cards, deposit without a bank account, etc.), overseas payment PayPal payment is possible.

2. Delivery Information

- If the overseas address and contact information are incorrect when ordering, the delivery may be delayed or returned locally.

- Overseas shipping is not possible, and it will be shipped after all products are stocked.

- The payment amount will be set according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.

- The order form cannot be delivered in batches of other products.

- Tariffs may occur according to the customs regulations of the country, and customs duties are borne by you.

- After sending it, we will send you order information such as invoice number by e-mail.

- Delivery period and delivery cost vary by country and can be checked on the post office EMS website.

3. Cancellation and exchange/return notice

- If there are any out of stock products among the ordered products, we will inform you through e-mail.

- If the reply is delayed for more than a month after the information is out of stock, it will be automatically canceled

Please note that the refund will proceed with the deposit.

- The minimum is not possible after the product is shipped.

- All expenses incurred in exchange/return due to change of mind will be paid by the buyer.

- Exchanges/returns must be accepted only through the customer center.

(Please note that it will not be processed when it arrives arbitrarily.)

- Paypal refund can take up to 7 business days.

2. 配送時のご案内

- ご注文の際、海外住所及び連絡先が不正確な場合、現地での配送が遅延したり、返送されることがあります。

- 海外配送は部分配送が不可能で、すべての商品が入庫された後に発送処理されます。

- 決済当日の為替レートによって決済金額が策定されます。

- 注文書が他の商品のまとめて配送できません。

- 当該国の税関規定により関税が発生することがあり、関税はお客様の負担となります。

- 発送後、Eメールで送り状番号などの注文情報をお送りします。

- 国ごとに配送期間と送料が異なり、郵便局のEMSホームページで確認できます。

3. キャンセル及び交換/返品時のご案内

- ご注文の商品に品切れの商品がある場合は、メールにてご案内いたします。

- 品切れのご案内後、返信が1ヶ月以上遅れる場合、自動的にキャンセル処理され

預け金で払い戻しが行われますので、ご参考ください。

- 商品の発送後、最小限は不可能です。

- 心変わりによる交換/返品時に発生するすべての費用は購入者負担で行われます。

- 交換/返品は必ずカスタマーサポートからのみ受付可能です。

(任意で到着時の処理ができませんのでご参考ください。)

- ペイパルの払い戻しの際、最大7営業日ほどかかることがあります。

- 难以使用国内结算手段（国内卡、无折存款等）时，可进行海外结算、PayPal结算。

2. 配送时通知

- 订购时如果海外地址及联系方式不准确，可能会在当地延迟配送或退回。

- 海外配送不能部分配送，所有商品入库后进行配送处理。

- 根据结算当天的汇率确定结算金额。

- 订单不能与其他商品捆绑配送。

- 根据相关国家的海关规定，可能会发生关税，关税由顾客承担。

- 发货后会通过电子邮件发送运单号等订单信息。

- 不同国家的配送时间和配送费不同，可以在邮局EMS网站上确认。

3. 取消或换货/退货时通知

- 订购的商品中有断货商品时，会通过电子邮件通知您。

- 缺货通知后回复延迟1个月以上时自动取消处理

会用预存款退款，请参考。

- 商品发货后最少是不可能的。

- 因变心换货/退货时发生的所有费用由购买者承担。

- 换货/退货必须通过客服中心受理。
